Meet our hotel


Breakfast

Breakfast is served every morning between 6:30 and 10:00 AM in our bright open lobby with large windows, which allow our customers to enjoy a lot of natural sunlight.
The breakfast consists among others of freshly baked bread, fruits and warm dishes such as little sausages and eggs.
Personalized

We are also happy to prepare a lunch package if you cannot enjoy your breakfast in the hotel due to time restrictions.
If you are on a special diet such as gluten-free food or suffering from food allergy of any sorts please inform us in advance via e-mail or by phone in order for us to make arrangements that will help to make your stay more pleasant.
 
 
Hotel & Bar

Our bar is a very significant part of the hotel and we are very proud to announce that the bar is open 24 hours to fulfil every need of our customers. Whether you feel like enjoying a coffee in the afternoon or a freshly prepared cocktail during our happy hour in the evening, we are always there to comply with your wishes.
Furthermore, if the weather is good you can utilize the tables in front of the hotel to relax and recover from the stress in everyday life.
Events / Conferences

Our rooms


Hotel am Fjord provides a total of 75 comfortable rooms, with a mix of single-, double- and family rooms. Our carefully designed rooms all have a private bathroom, including a toilet, sink and shower, Satellite TV, telephone and free WIFI.

If needed and depending on availability we can also provide an extra bed for children, anti-allergic bed linen and hair dryers.

 
 
Single Room

The single rooms are decorated in a functional way, they all have a working surface with seating opportunities and are ideal for our business travellers.

Twin-Room

Our twin-rooms are mainly located on the first floor. The rooms have two separate beds and offer everything needed during a short-trip.

 
 
Double Room (Economy)

Our contemporary designed double rooms are all located in the upper floors and consist of a queen-sized bed with a table and seating opportunities to relax.

Double Room (Comfort)

Our family rooms have room for three to four individuals.The three-person bedroom consists of a queen-sized bed and sofabed.Four individuals can make use of a room consisting of a double bed and a large sleeping couch. These rooms have a room size of up to 25 sqm and usually have a separate private walk-in closet.

Directions


By car

Take the exit ‘Flensburg / Harrislee’ on the A7. Follow the signs ‘Zentrum’ and stay on the left lane and follow the signs ‘Kappeln’. When the bus station is reached continue to follow the signs directing towards ‘Glücksburg/Mürwik’ and turn right immediately after the tunnel in the street called ‘Wilhelmstraße’ and you have arrived at your destination!

By public transport

The train station of Flensburg is closely located to the hotel. There are various bus stops in close proximity to the hotel. And within 5-walking minutes you can reach the hotel from the central bus station. Please contact the reception for the detailed bus timetable.
